During the 2008 housing crisis, Anna worked directly with REO and bank-owned properties, representing both institutional sellers and private buyers. That first-hand experience built a solid foundation in REO valuation, preservation coordination, CFK negotiations, and asset disposition—knowledge she still applies when managing complex transactions and investor portfolios. While her current business focuses on residential and investment real estate, Anna remains fully versed in REO processes and platforms , maintaining the attention to detail and accountability required by asset managers.
